15A NCAC 01T .0302      DEFINITIONS

For purposes of the rules in this Section,

(1)           "Department" means the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality; and

(2)           "Division" means the Division of Water Resources, which is within the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality.
